Most patients start their search on a phone, often late in the evening, and they compare several clinics before writing to any of them. Your website and social pages are the first conversation. If they do not answer the obvious questions, the patient simply opens the next tab.
They look for proof, not slogans
A line such as "the best clinic in Istanbul" tells a patient nothing. What helps is evidence they can check: the doctors' names, specialties and training, real photos of the facility, a clear explanation of each procedure and, where patients agree to it in writing, their own stories.
They need answers in their own language
An Arabic page that reads like a machine translation damages trust faster than having no Arabic page. Write the Arabic version natively, and make it clear that Arabic-speaking staff or coordinators are available to talk to.
They want to know what happens next
Travelling abroad for treatment is a big decision. Show the journey in simple steps so it feels manageable:
- Send your inquiry and medical details
- Receive a doctor's assessment and a written plan
- Confirm the quote and the dates
- Travel, treatment and recovery
- Follow-up after you return home
They want an easy way to ask
Many patients prefer WhatsApp over forms and phone calls. A visible WhatsApp button and a fast first reply often decide which clinic gets the conversation.
A quick self-check
- Can a patient find your doctors' credentials in under a minute?
- Is there a native Arabic version of every treatment page?
- Is the next step clear on every page?
- Does the site load quickly on a mobile connection?
- Does someone reply to messages on the same day?
If you answered no to two or more of these, that is where your marketing budget will work hardest. Trendies can review your site and social pages and tell you where to start.
